I was a former employee and believe that the word needs to get out not only how the customers are treated unfairly and lied to but what really happens internally with the employees. Countrywide does not respect the people that help build that company by answering multiple calls and assisting their customers with loan information. I feel that legal action needs to be taken for the way the company handles their business, employees, and customers. It is like a sweat shop working so many overtime hours without being paid overtime time when a holiday falls within the same week and all the favortism that is within the company who you know is all that matters. That is unfair and should be investigated!!!
