In May Mahestic Card Services sent me a letter that they woul pay my balance at Providian if I payed a certain amount of money. I paid it on time monthly. On September I could not communicate with them because Their automated system no longer recognized my account number.
I repeatedly sent them e-mails throughout October and and all they did was tell me to contact their Fraud Department mean while Later Charges of $35.00 were assesed. I was finally able to, but then I could not get into their Web Page to make a payment.
Now there is another $35.00 Late Fee Charge and I have no available credit. I had available credit untill I started running into complications with their services by Phone any on-line payments then they cancelled my available credit. Since then I have never had any available credit.
