This company pretends to help clients with bad credit and or no equity. I knew people that worked there and used to work there. They lie in their ads to hire people and some of us left very high paying jobs to go there and get paid minimium wage plus a skimpy commision.
One of the managers said in one of the cases in public. If we are charging these clients 40,000 in fees you bet i am going to answer my phone at 1 am, but the loan specialists should also answer for the $ 500 dollars yyou are making.
Notice the difference 40,000 for the company and 500 for the loan specialist.
They also made us lie to the customers saying that they case could be approved even though they told us that with a low fico they needed a lot of eauity.
They made us puch the files and lie to the clients for 1-2 weeks until they denied the case. We did not have home equity lines of credit but they made us lie to the customer to get the application and try a full refinance.
