Received a ltr from Afni Collections Inc for an account they state is owed from 13 years ago. Have no idea if this is legit or not. It could be. I can't prove either way. My local attorney states there is a 4 year statute of limitation on bebt collecting. Would like to be a part of any legal class action law suit against Afni Collections Inc.
