Beware!!!

I know it's hard out there to get a loan on a mobile or manufactured home. BUT, don't fall for the "It's as easy as ordering a pizza" to apply for their loan! You will waist 4-6 months (yes that was MONTHS) or more waiting on that pizza, just to find out the large steaming hot pepperoni pizza you ordered is actually a small stale anchovy pizza at best! This is not just 'isolated' to one loan. Several have been sent to them and on each one, it has been the same thing, lies and over promises.

They will tell you one thing but change it the next. Promises will be broken, you will be lied to and your time wasted. I really don't know how they've managed to stay in business this long. I would not refer anyone to this company.
