I'm getting calls from ARS National repeatedly trying to get me to pay a debt from Citibank. They have my first and last name, but different ss# (I DID NOT give them mine) address, DOB, etc. I do not want to give them any of my info in fear, they will send a bill to me that's not mine.
Every time they call, I explain (if I can make it that long on the phone w/them w/o losing it!) and they take my # off the file. Then, they call again and again! They even called my mother! I never put my Mom's name on anything! What can I do to prove its not me w/o giving them any of my info?
If I send them a registered letter, I have to put a return address on there right? BTW, citibank has never heard of ARS, or me for that matter. They said they deal w/some company namer RMS for debt collections. Help me someone!
