I opened my account at ent federal credit union with a 40,000.00 dollar check. I was never treated as a valued customer even though the money keeped on coming in. About 200,000.00 dollars.
Some how my debit card information made into the hands of many internet sites hands. The card was repeatedly charged without my authorization overdrawing my account by hundreds of dollars.
I immediately deposited another thousand dollars or so. After these internet companies were contacted and everything was striaghtend out and moneys refunded to my account ent would not give me my money back that they charged me for what they call a courtesy pay fee. Well this is no courtesy for me and to my understanding i was suppossed to have had overdraft protection so as to avoid all of this in the first place.
What i really needed was prtection from them. They took over 700 hundred dollars from me for no reason. When i asked to be charged back these funds i was treated like a child who could not take care and pay attention to there money. After all of this took place i let my account get down to two dollars. Then i didnt use that account for anything. Well some companys i had never heard of still got acsess to my debit card number and eventhough it was cancelled by my request tried to withdraw funds. Needless to say ent took this opertunity to charge me courtesy pay fees and overdraft charges in the amount of 198 dollars. They closed my accounts took what ever money i had in my savings and sent the bill to collections. Now it shows as a bad credit report against me. It is effecting me in a real bad way
