I pay my morgage on time every month, yet they keep sending me letters saying I havent paid in the past 6 months. If that was so, wouldn't they have foreclosed on me already?
During the 10 years I have lived at this adress, they have given me nothing but problems, stating that I do not pay on time and continue to rack up late fees for me to pay, even though I pay on time every month.
I have taken them to court numerous times, and I have won, however I think that has just given them more incentive to keep charging me for nonsense things.
I have decided to sell my house, however I can't get a new morgage because Ocwen is on my credit report, and they shouldn't be. I told them I was selling my house and they sent me a payoff quote, which is MORE than what I bought the house for to begin with. Where did all the money go that I've been paying for the past 10 years? Just to get out of this mess I agreed to pay the insane payoff quote, but THEN they sent me ANOTHER payoff quote, higher than the last one.
When I call them, I get forwarded from person to person, none of them know what I'm talking about, they say that the payoff quotes I hold in my hand do not exist, and do not answer any of the questions I have.
I have sold my house, the closing is in one week, at which time I will probably have to live in a hotel to avoid being homeless since I can't even get an apartment because of Ocwen being on my credit report.
