Sent me a verizon bill that ia not mine never had a verizon phone company it is in a different county that i never lived

Afrin sent me a bill for verizon phone bill that is not mine never had a verizon acc it was in the tampa area im in ft myers never open this acc so why is a bill being sent to me the bill is dated back to 1997 so why now they need to fined the right person for this and leave me alone please help,
