I also recevied a letter and a first national card, i called to activate it. The man i spoke to didnt really know anything. He gave me another number to call. They ask me to send them 119.00, thank god i saw this first. I didnt send any money. But can they still charge me for anything? Thanks so much, sheliajasper, Alabama
