Cca Aka First National Card ripoff autobank withdrawal

I had this card for over 1 yr. Finally I tried to activate it and it turns out to be that the phone #'s to activate it are no good. This company (CCA AKA First National Card) has been deducting from my bank account $12.95 each month for over a yr. I want to know what I can do to stop this and if possible to get my money back.
