I received a notice in the mail that I owed CCA 173.71 reported to them from Verizon Wireless West 2nds (I have no Idea what "West 2nds" is). I am a Verizon Customer so my first action was to call and ask why my account was sent to a collection agency. Verizon has no knowledge of this because my account is paid in full and up to date.
After a little research I've found other instances of this company attempting to collect on false debts. There is one on this site... Any other thought on what I shoud do next?
I received this letter 1/14/07 CCA wants payment 2/2/07. Please don't hesitate to respond.
