They fraudulently told me that i was approved for a credit card and i sent them $37.00. Dallas Texas

I am on social security and they fraudulent told me that I was approved for a platinum credit card at a $10,000 credit limit and at a 5% APR. I feel that they have ripped me off by sending me this fraudulent information.
