Despite on-time payments on an auto loan, I continue to receive daily telephone calls at home and on my cell phone from either automated systems or persons. Despite a minimum of weekly complaints with promises from the company to "note the account" and "cease", this continues with no resolve.
Attempting to reach someone (live) via any telephone number to Capital One is enough to drive someone to the point of insanity! I have seen expose's on such companies via the national news. Someone needs to take this one on. Should a class action suit present itself, I would welcome participation. Although I consider the term "Nazi" to be extremely derogatory, I have begun to refer to this group as such. A true description of the method of conduct and customer service this company apparently is developing quite the reputation for. Ironically, the company has also begun daily telephone calls to offer an additional line of credit. You can imagine my response. Has this ceased the phone calls for such offers? Take a guess!
