I am overdriffed for $155.95 And was inequite a bunch for mounths in a roll I have got charged Interenet

I moved here about a year ago and frist thing. I did was opened a Cheacking account with a new Bank and was oferd a debet card and I excpeted That I would buy something off the internet, and ended up buying some music off the internet and some one got off the chain wiyh my account then some got me for 3 months of overdriffed for the amount of $155.95 what can I do, becaues my bank is saying that I will have to wait 90 days that I don;t have HELP PLEASE Thank You Brenda
