Ripoff ripoff business from hell

I recieved a card in the mail that had an activation code on the back. When i called the number they asked if i had a bank account. When i said no they gave me another number, which was long distance, that made me wonder. I did not call it and i advise noone else does either. What kind of company would send you a card with no catalog in which to order from and no information on how to get one. Valeriewest monroe, New York
