We are also a company that was taken in by this matchmaker. What we received was worthless as well.
We were fed a line, that I am ashamed to say we took hook, line and sinker. We were also told "if we were accepted", what a joke. The big set of the hook came with the "refund" statement. Our rep was most convincing.
I called the BBB and they could only tell me that they hadn't gotten the new report back from them but otherwise there wasn't anything bad to report. What is with that? This company is still advertising the BBB with the link on their front page. Does the BBB not have anything to say about this?
If you look at their web site, and go to their testimonials, not one time is there a name of a person or company that made the alleged statements.
It was a good scam, I'll say that. I can't help but wonder just how many people they did rip off.
They should not be allowed to get away with this. Why is the crook seemingly always protected and we have to pay the price for their protection. I wish to join any group and or class action suits persued by other victims.
