March Received an offer for PREAPPROVED - 0% CREDIT CARD-$15,000 limit. I have never paid a RUSH-processing fee and REGRET I did this time in the amount of $43.00 by mail. Received their package-it was a catalogue! It was not for cash advances, Balance transfers or store purchases! I called their Customer Order #-they do not give out an 800#. This was the only way to contact to cancel & request refund. They REQUIRE you to mail back their Catalogue & the Plastic card cut in half... If you do not, you do not get a refund. April I returned their "package offer"-Priority Mail / return receipt. July I searched the web for their site-NO PHONE #'sThey do not give out 800 phone number on their paper materials or the web. Finally got their phone number. July 3 CALLED THEMTheir phone options are ridiculous too! At my expense I had to listen to how "extremely busy they were at this time" also Without entering a card or member # you cannot even talk to anyone! Luckily I have a copy of mine-Their associate "DAVID told me my refund was processed May 30th, allow 4-6 weeks before I receive it. THIS IS A RIP OFF-MISLEADING-DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE!
