I bought 1000 shares of pre IPO from BLG and didn't get money back

I bought 1000 shares of pre IPO from BLG, Benchmark Literacy Group, ELG, Eagle Literacy Group posed as a legitimate Non-Profit Organization doing credit Repair for consumers. BLG as the marketing arm created a multi-level compensation plan for Independent Reps to sell the service.

The company offered stock with plans of expanding the company and it's services and stated to be publicly traded within a year. This company also encouraged Representatives and Investors to recruit other investors to invest and offered preferred stock as a referral fee. After 6 months the companies services to " Credit Repair" customers ceased, they stopped answering phone calls, and stopped servicing clients. Yet they still kept taking clients money when they were in trouble knowing very well they we're shutting down. Their phone was disconnected and none of the owners could be contacted.

As representatives we all had replicated websites, they still deducted money from our accounts even when our websites were not working and when we cancelled the service they still kept deducting monies until we cancelled it at our bank. My website's address was www.my-blg.com/creditrep.

I believe the company and it's officers and owners knew that the company was in trouble while soliciting monies for their useless stock and claiming to still do Credit Repair. They had no intention of going public. They were collecting money so they could fund their get away

I have tried to contact them many times but the ignored my phone calls. I was also an independent rep for their BLG credit repair services and had sen many of customers to BLG for credit repair. The last 2 or three customer that I sent to them, BLG didn't pay me any commission and the 1000 share of their pre IPO stock that I purchased, it seems like don't worth a dime! I have the certificate of 1000 shares and some of my customers that BLG didn't help, while they wee charged.
