Paid for membership but did not receive access to site

I purchase a membership with Flawless Credit Consulting, but I am unable to use it because they haven't given me a username or password to get on the site. I tried contacting them with no luck. I paid through PayPal, so I am trying to have PayPal Refund my monies.
