Carlos Herrera, Manny Loan Shark Ripped me off Stoled my car Still getting Parking Tickets sent to me Ripoff

Manny aka Carlos Herrera aka Classic Person loans in the yellow pages. Ripped me off. When I tried to pay the loan back he wouldnt return phone calls. He still has my car registered under my name. I am getting Parking tickes sent to my home address! Please warn everyone about this guy. He is bad news! He is a fraud! He will cheat you of all your money! I wish I could find so I could take him to court and get my car back!
