Ripoff I was lead to belive this was A credit card company

I was called by Fidelity Credit Services and was told I was aproved on a credit card and needed to send them $129.95. I did so and have not recived anything from this company it has been 28 days when the witdrew the funs from my account. I truly belive this is now a rip off and I have notifed my bank they are investegating this
