I had been using DPOS for about 10 years, and paid $47.55 per month during that time. I returned the disk with a letter of termination, sent it certified, return receipt requested, and have yet to either receive a receipt or have the charge stopped from my bank account. My bank tells me they can only stop this automatic payment for 1 month and then I must deal with the company. How does one deal with a company that is totally unresponsive and cheats a client out of money???
I only with I knew then what I know I never would have entered into any agreement with this dishonest and dishonorable company. I will change my bank account if necessary which will be a major undertaking as I have several other creditors making automatic withdrawals from this account. I run a small business and feel I've seen all the ways a business should NOT be run.
