In july our chapter 13 was sucessfully discharged showing ocwen was paid in full we were under a doomsday clause until the end of 11/04 on 12/3 we recieved a statement from ocwen that we still owed over 7.000 dollars in past due payments, from 12/04 to 3/05 we recieved over 90 calls from them demanding payment. We were not behind in our payments at that time. From 3/05 to 8/05.
We are victums of ocwens shady practice's and need to find an attoney who will help us. We would like to hear from anyone who. Can help us
