CCA First National Credit service division $45 fee for the card and hidden fees later! Dirty ripoff dogs

First i mailed $45 dollars to recieve my credit card as i thought. 2 weeks later i recived the card and was activating the card. During the activation they brought up more hidden fees that was not on any of the letter they have wrote me. So i told that stubborn lady that i no longer wanted the card and how do i go about getting my $45 dollar refund. She said all kinds of stories to me making me look like im a stupid retard... So i told her she doesnt know who shes talking to that im a college grad in law and that i would go after her ass for this. She then said some smart remarks and hung up on me... I knew a 6,500 credit line was too good to be true.
