I had a phone call from a David Lock, 416-363-3320 ext. 3004, saying I qualified for a credit card with the limit of $2000. I would have a one time only fee of $199 which would be taken from my checking account on February 15th (he called me on Feb. 7th) If I didn't have the money in my account at that time I should call him back within 2 days of the withdrawal. I called him a few times on Feb. 13th before he called me back to tell me he would get back to me when they would take the money. I didn't hear back so I called all day Feb. 15th to make sure they weren't taking my money. On Feb. 16th I called the bank to find out the money was taken out on the 15th and I had an insuffient charge of $32 plus. Called First Capital on Feb. 16th at 1015 A.M. To complain about he money, only got answering machine. On Feb 19th at 4:30 P.M. David Lock called back to say that the money would be put back in my account. NOTHING On March 1st I called an talked to an Andrew who told me my card was being shipped and I would soon have it. Still nothing. Oh yes, when David first called me he said my pin # would be #2828. I have made repeated phone calls but no answer. Please help me, I am only on Social Security. I am so sorry that I was so stupid to fall victim to this. Can you help me???
