Need to get hooked on phonics, unable to figure out simple math. Ripoff

My loan was sold to the f*ed up bank aprox 3 yrs. Ago. Since then I've had nothing but trouble. My car has been repoed twice within two years and on the same weekend 2 years apart. A Holiday weekend so that it cost me EXTRA for inpound charges.

The best part is that the first time they did it was because someone at the bank was entering the wrong account #, GREAT, Made my F*ING day. Cost me 1,200 to get my car, then, now who know's I have to call them after the holiday weekend and pay extra once again. Can't Wait.

I pay my bills to this bank western union or money gram and have most of the forms that I had to fill out and had to check confromation #'s with them because they had credit on some toher persons account, hope they were able to explaine to the other person why they are now late or past due on their loan.
