Refusal to provide account information forced me to file FTC Identity Theft Report, Filed Police Report and Fraud Alerts on my Credit Report, Governed By Delaware, Offices In Boca Raton, Florida and Glen Mills

Documented 14 hours and 37 minutes on the phone with Applied Card Bank telling me that I do not have an account and I don't owe them any money, 25 certified letters to Applied Card Bank, Federal Trade Commission identity theft report, 78 certified letters to all three credit reporting agencies, a police report and Applied Card Bank's receipt of their acknowledgement of damages for $44,000.00 - Still a $500 collection on my credit report - an address at 4700 Exchange Court Boca Raton FL that doesn't exsist, I'm losing my mind! Anyone having a problem with Applied Card Bank should search the owner, Rocco A Abessinio, his company has been brought to court by 6 states including Florida, I'd be happy to spearhead a class action suit!
