I was contact via telephone to try this great new program that offered exciting ways to improve your credit. If I sent them 199.00 dollars They had sent me a package in the mail. I thought it over, and thought I should have not done that within a few hours, I called my bank and tried to have the payment stopped but it was too late. I put a stop payment for any future payments to the company. But the person on the other line said I could get a refund if I return the package unopened. So a few weeks later I return the package unopened. I have called the company eveyday for the past year. I would not get a answer at all. Then one day a lady answered the phone and told me that they had never recieved the package. But I sent it Certified Mail, and recieved confirnmation that someone had gotten it. She basically, told me I was out of luck and that they were not going to refund my money. So I sent them e-mails which are as follows.

I have tried to contact you by telephone, and left several messages for you to contact me. I still have not heard from any coaches. Please put the money back into my account and remove my name and phone number from your data bases. Please!
