On June 1st, Saturday 8:00 A.M. I received a phone call from Fairbanks demanding a mortgage payment.
I asked: "isn't it past due AFTER the 11th of June?"
They said "yes but it's standard procedure to call before that".
I guess their computers generate the numbers to call? What kind of idiot write a program to have calls generated before a payment is even past due?
I was furious. It was a Saturday early... Being bothered for a payment that's not even past due!
I told them to stop harassing me, my payments are made faithfully on time and I really wonder why do they waste time with calls like that.
They should concentrate on giving better mortgage rates and a decent consumer service.
I do NOT recommend this company to anyone!
