Dozens of Daily Calls to Cell Phone, Caller Hangs Up Without Speaking

For four months now they have called my cell phone. They never say a word just hang up. It started with 4 to 6 calls a day. So far today they have called thirty-six times. They started out calling in the mornings. Now they start around seven pm. I stand corrected thirty-eight calls today. They do this all night every night. They call and when my wife or me answer they hang up.
