"Rumor" has it (from a reliable inside source) that yet another Sales Director has crumbled to the pressures and was hospitalized for a nervous breakdown.
This is another in a long line of mental and physical breakdowns managers and employees have had due to the overwhelming stress these 'Dear People' and one of Forbes favorites put on them (Best Place to Work! Lol).
In the past there was "rumor" of another Sales Director being hospitalized twice for a mental breakdown. Once while this person was on a vacation, they will not really let you use your time off. While off this person received many phones calls, pages and voice mails asking when they would be back to lead their team.
There have been numerous physical and mental ailments which have been rumored to stem from the pressures of working at One of the Best Places to Work (againlol). Allegedly, just about everybody that works there is on medication to cope with the stress. The powers that be could care less, as long as they are at their desk and on the phone. Management's motto has been hire the masses, put them through classes, and kick them in the asses. When they are all burned up, they fire them.
I am not a disgruntled former employee, just a former employee. I left on my own free will.
