Ripoff

I got this letter in mail saying that 3 months ago my name had been submitted in private nomination to be a recipient of an individual grant and that out of 250 names nominated my nomination had been approved. It included a form that requiredmy birth date and $25.00 for administrative costs. I had the money order sent and then realised I was supposed to sent the whole form. I then went on the net to see if I could find a number to call, I found none. The only thing I found was on this
website. I then went and got my letter back from the postoffice. I am not for certain this is a fraud, the form did say I could get my $25.00 back at any time.
