In September I received daily automated telephone calls before 9 AM up to 9 PM from (720) 974-0386 telling me to call 1 (866) 488-4299 regarding a specific reference number. I checked out the area code, found out it was CO and I live in OH. I didn't bother to call back until I finally got VERY annoyed and after checking out usacomplaints.com I decided to call them. So, I called the 866 number & a man named Jason gave me the name of the company, True Logic Financial, and told me my phone number was NOT on their call list & he would take care of it. WRONG! Here I am in October with the following calls: 10/15/06 8:4 AM; 10/17/06 3:07 pm; 10/18/06 3:18 pm; 10/19/06 1L05 pm and 20/30/06 5:16 pm. Now, I work & I leave for work before 7 am and return about 6:45 pm IF I am lucky. Just before I filed this, I filed a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. While I am not sure it will do as much good as filing with consumer complaints.com, I will also be filing a formal complaint with the CO Attorney General (although it may be a futile effort from what others had to say about CO laws, rules & regulations).
