After my payments were returned that was the beginning of not only being ripped off by 2 other men who were supposed to help me save my home, but also bankruptcy. And now again, since superior and -whoever lasalle bank was - sold my loan to another bank who now wants payment in full for the mortgage or I will undoubedly lose my home.
I do not know where to turn, the lawyer who was supposed to help me just said oh too bad you were taken and said i had to declare bankruptcy, without listening to my story, nor telling me that superior was having some sort of problems.
I will continue with this story if I can be assured I have found someone who may be able to help me. I have been given the run around so many times about something so serious my sanity can not handle much more. I am still dumb-founded that there are businesses out there who can put others thru suffering like this. Doesn't anyone ever think that we are all humans and you should never treat others in a way that you yourself would not want to be treated. Life is hard enough without being taken advantage of by bad busisness and then not being able to find someone who can help you.
Losing a home and not having money are about 2 of the worst things that can happen, not HAVING HELP IS EVEN WORSE.
