I too was scammed by PINNACLE FINANCIAL CORP. They contacted me about a $5000 loan and me being in serious financial need I accepted. I was told to wire $750 pre-payment that I borrowed from my mother. After they received my payment they told me the lender did a secondary credit check which required me to send another $750. I requested a refund only to find out that it would take 30 days. Ridiculous! I figured it would take me less time to borrow another $750 instead of having my mom wait to get her money. So I borrowed it from another family member. They told me once it was received my money would be deposited within 6-10 hours. It did not show up in my account. I contacted Tracy Monroe, the woman working on my account, only for her to tell me that the lender went into AUDIT and their funds were frozen. She offered to find another lender requiring that I pay another $750. HELL NO! I told her to send my money back. This happened in July and I have not seen a refund nor have I been able to contact the company. I've called numerous times and even had a lawyer involved. The paperwork the lawyer sent was returned... No answer from PINNACLE FINANCIAL CORP. And no money to repay my family.
