Ripoff/creating checks and signing your name fraudulantly on your account Online

I had apparently taken out a $200 loan from them (not sure when). The company they use to debit the monies from the account is called pinion? And have an email address, however, not a real email.

I received a call from a Mr. Sanderson stating that I had a returned check to them. Hm, never sent them a check and do not even have a checking account! Everything went to my savings. I told him that there could not be a check and he stated that they are authorized to create and issue a paper check, which he has in hand, and prosecute accordingly.

He gave me the name of the bank, and that bank name hasn't been around for 8 years!!! He then told me that I needed to check with the DA in my county to see what the penalties were for issuing a worthless check, and that I should get an attorney. (Last I knew, if you default on a loan, you are not prosecuted, just taken to small claims to collect) I asked for an address to send a money order, and he stated that he can only accept credit card or debit cards. Must give him the account number and the 3 digit security numbers from the back.

They withdrew 200 dollars every two weeks from my account, to the point that I am still paying back my bank! I had to put fraud alerts on my bureaus, as since this company started taking money from my account, several others have appeared! They call my ex, as they did a search by last name to find another phone number, and harrass my family. They even went as far as saying that they will have me arrested! My children are upset, my sister, my mother! Help!!!
