Poor customer service. Difficulty in keeping address correct in system. Do not send debit cards out. Ripoff

In July of my husband lost his debit card. He called and they said they were sending it out the next day. As of august 17 we still had not received the card. We called again and they said that the card was sent to the wrong address and that they would send out another one and that it would be overnighted to us. As of September 1 we still had not received the card. We checked with Kamika Smith at the Cottonwood branch, who verified our address and said that we would receive the card by September 6. When we did not receive the card, we called again, verified our address once again and were told that the mail in Rio Rancho was slow and that we should wait until Sept 11 before we called back. Today, Sept 11, the card did not arrive and when we called the bank, Kamika read back the address from the computer and the city was incorrect. She told us that was why we did not receive the card. I reminded her that SHE verified the address previously. She said that the card would be overnighted to the Rio Rancho branch and that it should arrive Wednesday. I have serious doubts this will actually happen since they cannot keep an address correct in their system.
