I have also been angry and disappointed by the business practices of Nancy Shoemake in Burnsville, MN. While she is probably not creating audits on purpose to make money, she is certainly negligent in serving the clients that have been affected by her mistakes.
Nancy is right about one thing. The best way to make sure she does not rip off others is to file a report with the licensing bureaus that regulate her business. Do not forget to include the Better Business Bureau in Minnesota along with the accounting agencies that oversee her business. Without these reports she will continue to treat her clients as poorly as she has the countless others that have used her for income taxes and finances.
