I have been attempting for several weeks to roll over 401 (k) funds from an existing account with ING, to a new account with a different company.
I have either mailed or faxed all the paperwork they say they need, and each time I follow up with them, there is always one more thing they ask for.
The company was also very aggressive in attempting me to keep my funds with them instead of rolling them over.
After numerous attempts to satisfy their paperwork needs, they still haven't rolled over my funds.
My experience has been extremely frustrating. Simply put, they refuse to give me my money!
