I dealt with cash today ltd last year around september. The fee was 79.00 unless you were going to pay the whole thing. They gradually took it all out by march b/c i did a payment plan, however, they are telling me that they did not get the money and were taking out all types of dollar amounts. This was around april. They were calling me every few minutes at work harrassing me, refusing to call me on my cell phone b/c they would not be in the office when i got off work.
I was thoroughly upset. I told them that they would get no more money out of me and that if they continued to call me at work then i would file for harassment and that if they felt that i still owed them money, then they would need to send me something with documentation and then i would fax them the information saying how much i paid. They stopped for about a month and never sent any documentation. Around the end of june, they starting taking out payments again. The amounts all lingered. 5.00,6.00,30.00,35.00,100.00,358.00,75.00, etc.!! So, I called my bank branch and asked them if they had a number to where i could reach them. The number that they gave me only rings and a lady comes on saying that they are not at home right now and to leave a message. So a few days ago, as i'm checking my emails, there is a letter from them saying that they tried to take out 79.00 from the account and that it would not go thru for insufficient funds! (hello, you guys already took out over 500.00 in my account within the last few weeks!) and it had a name of chris wilson and a number on it. So i call that number and ask to speak to chris. The guy puts me on hold then says that chris is not in, and then asked if To'Afa was my name. Then he said my address, my number, and everything else to me without me having to tell him any information (weird). Then he went on to tell me that they hadn't taken any money out except that one and that it was not true.
I told him that i was going to write the bbb and make them aware and that if they kept doing it, i would keep writing and calling until something got done! I really hope this ends it with them, though i feel that it has not! (ps this is the short version of everything)
