This company has called me several times, in which I had missed the calls, but recieved at least one threating message. Other than that, it was just hang-ups. The first time I recieved the call, I googled the phone number 305-433-8364 and read all of the messages stating how they were ripping others off. I was waiting for this call.
When recieved today 8/7/06, Brian Young, a foreigner stated to me that he was calling from United Federal Bank in the Fraud Department, and that he had my social, the fact that I had 2 deposits made into my account at 1St Union National Bank and they were making two allegations against me for internet fraud as well as bank fraud. He stated that my email address would be marked for fraugulence anytime I signed on and I would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I told him that I do NOT have a bank account with a 1st Union National Bank, and never have. I proceeded to hang up. He called right back and told me that I was not above the law and that he would personally make sure that I was arrested and would lose my job and all that I have acquired if I did not respond or have my lawyer contact him by today 5 P.M. I hung up again. He called back and stated that since he had my information on hand, that he would proceed to get the paperwork started and then he hung up on me. I don't play yelling matches, but I refuse to have someone calling me on my job threating me. I will file a complaint with the Attorney General in FL immediately.
