I sent for an application, which was $9.95. After rec'vg the application, i was told to send $75.00 for them to research grants and other programs, to assist my daughter. I was never contacted after sending the check made out to american entitlement services on 7/13/06. The check was cashed on 7/19 by american entitlement services co. #0055770083.
I want to file a suit, because i felt it was sincere. My daughter suffers from a chronic illness, and she has two dependents, and i thought this would benefit her, but obviously some people take other peoples misfortunes as a joke!
I would like info on how to start a class action suit.
A note to anyone please do not, and i express do not send money to the american entitlement service, they are a complete rip off and lie, and i hope whom ever (alias) robert forest director of analysis, reeps what he sow. He is a complete fool!
