Centrix Financial, Exhorbant interest rates adjustable at their whim. Collection agency attitude. Employees not helpful. Holds checks and then charges higher interest

This company holds checks then charges additional interest. I have to pay an extra 7-10 dollars at the post office to document when they receive it. This is not fair and should not be legal. If it isn't documented then I have no recourse. This shouldn't be. The employees are slow, not helpful and have a "collection agency" attitude.
