Yeah I know. Homecomings ripped me off like everyone else and fraudulently foreclosed on my home. Every attorney, real estate agent and broker I spoke to said there was nothing I could do and I should lick my wounds and walk away.
But after investigating everyone else's horror stories I decided to take a stand and fight back. Fortunately I had some real good training in real estate investing as well as a background as a private investigator, because I pushed back and Homecomings backed down. Even after they had taken my house and fraudulently listed them as the new owners, they agreed to give it back! But get this - I had to sign a contract that I would never talk about, write about, publish or discuss in a public forum the details of the agreement, under threat of prosecution! They do not want anyone to know how I beat them at their own game.
Oh well, they can think that they are still the winner but I have my house back with all of my equity. So don't anyone give up. Their impenetrable fraudulent fortress has been breached once by me, and it can happen again by you.
