I have read some of the other complaints and have also applied for a cash advance and was told I would get a e-mail but never did. Also was charged a bank fee of 19! Maybe they can charge the fee to see if your bank account is valid but atleast have the courtesy to say if you were denied so that people are not waiting around looking for the e-mail. They could have gone to a different company!
I do not advise anyone to use the loan company find a bigger one who has more than one lender and who will send you a e-mail confirming of dening your cash advance.
