Ripoff, they want $45.00 for a platinum card, up to $5,000.00 false promises

My husband recieved a form to sign, and a statement telling him to send $45.00, and they will send him a platinum card up to $5,000.00. First year no payments, after that 14.49%I just contacted the BBB, to find out if they were lajit. They just said no, don't send them a dime. These people don't have a phone number, or a fax, or an e-mail address. The adress they have is the PO Box. Please inform people to not send money to any Company they don't know. I am glad I decided to contact the BBB, before my husband signed anything, and mailed this. My husband and I also don't have any credit cards, so this would be very odd to get this kind of credit for the first time. RobinMetairie, Louisiana
