My husband give his checking account information to the same company and receive one little booklet wich happens to be announced for free on the advertisements on TV tree months ago and a CD call electronic book on how to repair your credit.
His account was charged then about$40 but on 07-09-06 they charge again another $86.99. When he call the 800# to ask for a refund of that unauthorized transaction the person ask for a cofirmation number and tell him ther's nothing they could do without it. He contact his bank and file a fraudulent report inmidiatly. Luckly he is with a very honest bank and they change his account information inmediatly and promise to give his money back soon.
I'm really glad we have on-line banking and my husband check his account every day because the transaccion was made on a sunday night. Is very important to know who you are giving your money to especially to the bank you use. Most of the times banks are the ones to sell your information to scammers for just cents.
