I finalized a loan with Jane & Finch last week. I was told that I was approved for a $9,000.00 loan that I had to secure with $1109.00. They sent me paperwork, which I signed and returned, and I was told to send my money via Moneygram to a man in Alberta, CA. I did so.
I was told that the money would be in my account by 5pm on Monday. It never showed up, so on the next business day (Wednesday (7/5), I attempted to call my loan agent. Their phones are disconnected. Their website is also now down. I gave them my entire paycheck to secure my loan, and now I have no idea how I'm going to pay my rent. Is there any way to get this back?!
