Ms. Gorman was working with me to stop foreclosure of my home from Irwin Mortgage. I last spoke to Ms. Gorman on July 18 via email sent at 1:14 P.M.
At that time I told Ms. Gorman that the proposal she had set with Irwin Mortgage was successful. A week later I was contacted by Kris Zimmer of Irwin Mortgage and told that they were backing out of the proposal after submitting the required information to Kris Zimmer the Loss Mitigation Specialist for Irwin Mortgage. I attempted several time during the day to call and left numerous messages on voice mails and emails to no avail.
I finally gave up, no one returned my calls or attempted to contact me at all. Thus I found it necessary to find another service to represent me in the matter of my home.
I am very displeased with the service I received during these trying times. My home has been forclosed on. I am formally writing to you to refund my $900.00 given for services not accomplished.
